Hello Families!
I am so happy to be back photographing Bellingham youth soccer for the 5th year!
A little bit about this year’s photos, as it will be a little different than the years past, as we will be shooting on a backdrop inside the BMMS cafeteria.

- Please place your order on time. It is extremely difficult to accept orders while I am shooting and I may not see your order, causing your child to miss their individual photo. (this is your reminder to just order it now J)
- Orders are prepaid and only prepaid players will be photographed individually. Everyone is included in the team photo.
- Please make sure your child is ready to photograph. I will not tuck/untuck clothing, wipe noses, comb hair or ask child to remove accessories. I will make minor clothing and hair adjustments.
- Please arrive on time. Teams are on a very tight schedule. If a player has not arrived for the team photo, they will not be photoshopped in. Team photos are complimentary with the purchase of an individual image so no refunds will be provided for missed players. If you are late or not coming please let your coach know ASAP.
- No running or playing ball in the shooting area. The less chaotic the shooting area is, the smoother it will go.
- Parents: please keep the shooting area clear. Please do not stand behind me. I need the kids to look at me in order to get a great photo. When people are behind me they don’t know where to look. I promise I have a knack for getting a great smile. If I need parental assistance I will not hesitate to ask.
- No cell phone photos of or on the backdrops. This includes during individual and team photos as well as posing your child on my backdrop for your own photo. Don’t make it weird
- Images are digital. No physical copies are provided but you have the right to print however and where ever you like. We love mpix.com for quality and price!
- Images will be uploaded to a gallery for download typically with in 2 weeks (after the second date). Due to the amount of email recipients, the emails tend to go to spam. I will post on my Facebook when the email is sent. Please check your spam folder and confirm with your receipt, the email address you signed up with prior to reaching out, if you cannot find your gallery email
